Shipping

Smart Pepper Spray SA™ pays for all shipping costs for clients, except for special areas like Embassies or very outlying areas. We use uAfrica which connects us with three of the best local courier services: The Courier Guy, Dawn Wing and Courier IT.

We have a standard shipping time of 2-3 days, but it could be sooner or later than this, depending on your location.

Returns

Customers who qualify as consumers in terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act may qualify for the “cooling-off period”. This means that you may cancel the transaction of purchasing the Plegium® Smart Pepper Spray within 7 days without reason or penalty.

Such cancellation must be in writing. You may thus return your new, unused and sealed (the original packaging must be intact) Plegium® Smart Pepper Spray for a full refund of the purchase price. Note that you must be a natural person as well as the end user of the product sold on this website in order to qualify as a “consumer” in terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Goods which were bought in a transaction and which were cancelled in terms of section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act must be returned within 10 calendar days of the date of cancellation at your own cost.
